Canada Day Celebrations from 12 to 5 p.m. at the Alder Recreation Centre for cake, the Global Pet Foods’ Superdogs event, inflatables, face painting, bouncy castles, and so much more. Plus, celebrate the launch of the summer season for the Neighbourhood Block Box with Orangeville Recreation and the TD Summer Reading Club, hosted through the Orangeville Public Library. Afterward, wrap up the evening at Island Lake Conservation Area with a live concert by The Moving Blankets at 6:30 p.m. and fireworks at 10 p.m.
